Founder & Managing Director

  • Taryn is the Founder and Managing Director of Your Home SDA, and Founder of Disability Housing Pathways, a consulting and support service dedicated to improving access to safe, suitable, and sustainable housing for people living with disability.

    With a professional background spanning law, governance, property, and real estate, Taryn has held executive and senior leadership roles across government and non-profit sectors. Bringing over 20 years of experience in property, including the past eight years focused on disability housing, she is a recognised advocate for accessible, high-quality housing solutions.

    Taryn is passionate about empowering individuals through greater choice and control in their living arrangements. She also serves as a Board Member of the SDA Alliance, contributing to the ongoing development and advancement of the sector.

Amy Cornes

Operations Manager

  • Amy brings over 15 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes. Her background in specialist support coordination has given her a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding NDIS participant housing.

    A skilled marketing strategist and operations manager, Amy oversees the day-to-day running of the business with efficiency and precision. She plays a key role in driving brand growth while ensuring seamless processes and a consistently high level of service.

    Known for her empathetic, people-first approach, Amy is passionate about creating meaningful connections and tailored housing solutions, helping clients achieve their home and living goals. She has also recently completed her Property Management qualifications, further enhancing her capability across both client service and property management.
